Soft strip is the process of removing the non-structural elements inside and outside of a building to facilitate demolition and refurbishment needs.

Our strip-out services include the removal of all temporary floors and ceilings, floor coverings, non-load bearing partitions, mechanical and electrical systems - including lighting, cables, cable trays, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and the disconnection and removal of utilities.

Our highly trained teams are experienced in carrying out 'soft-strip' on projects large and small where there is a requirement for non-structural elements to be removed.
